| Job Description: |
- Consistently increasing and expanding your knowledge of the industry and sales process.
- Taking leads that come to you by phone, email, and/or live chat, often multiple contacts at the same time.
- Primarily inbound contacts with follow-ups from previous contacts.
- Tracking all contacts with detailed information for future follow-ups
- Help new customers pick the plan that works best for their website.
- Help upgrade existing customers to newer plans to fit their requirements.
- Ability to handle multiple processes at one time.
- Be able to work with others in a team environment.
- Must have excellent written and spoken English, you will be on the phone as well as live chat with customers.
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be able to work under stress and pressure.
- Must be able to do math problems, such as adding, dividing and percentages to determine amounts owed.
- Extensive sales and billing knowledge
