Responsibilities

• Able to create new and plan new content and plan activities to enhance our audience
• Able to create a whole network of influencers to make the content viral and relevant.
• Create automations for automated trending news posting and monitor responses to build loyal audience.
•  Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
•  Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Build Sales Funnels & optimize them based upon analysis of customer experiences with other multiple KPI’s.
• Actively research new techniques and trends in digital advertising practices to inform the long-term changes too.
•  Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Key Skills:

• A working knowledge through 1 - 2 years’ experience
• Strong analytics and problems solving skills
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns
• Excellent communication & content creation skill
