•  High degree of competency in core software development concepts Coordination with C-Level and other Senior Team Members
•  Must have skills for requirements assessment and analysis
•  Willing to explore new Technologies and perform POCs
•  Ensure systems meet functional and non-functional requirements Deployment and configuration of Application on servers (Physical, Virtual, Cloud)
•  Thorough technical knowledge of Agile Methodology
•  Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
•  Lead and participate in the day-to-day operations of a team of software developers
•  Lead initiatives with continuous integration and delivery processes for improvement
•  Coach and guide teams to enable successful outcomes Hands-on experience in any of the following: Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Databases (RDBMS, NoSQL), PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Python and Scripting
•  Good organizational and time management skills
•  Communicate across product management, engineering, operations, support, and leadership teams
•  Ability to identify tasks which require automation
•  Good understanding of the principles of routing and client/server programming
•  Excellent SQL Query writing and optimization skills (MySQL, MongoDB)
•  Provide documentation for developed code and applications
