Demos to Clients
- Gap analysis and documenting all user needs/requirements
- Validating the gathered requirements with the PM from client-side
- Studying requirements, re-document them conforming.
- Defining which requirements will need implementation, development, or both, and document the proposed solution
- Revising functional and technical decisions with implementation team leader and developer assigned to the project
- Handling project lifetime considering not adding new requirements without confirmation, and pushing teams to get work done with high quality and in time
- Testing solutions from end-to-end
- Providing training sessions to clients, either online or at the premises of the client Providing support to clients
- Following up with Odoo versions
