| Job Description: |
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults of Head office and branches.
- Troubleshooting the problems of branches remotely from Head office at first level, if not possible then visit the branch to fix the problem.
- Understanding, reporting and resolution of issues/bugs in the system
- Managing local domains by adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords.
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time.
- Development and syncing of Apps with current software.
- Website and email management.
- Other related IT tasks.
- Must have knowledge of php coding, wordpress administration, ios and android application development.
