Job Description: |
Meeting and greeting clients / visitors and directing & guiding them appropriately.
- Keep an up-to-date record of all clients / visitors.
- Overseeing refreshment service to clients / visitors.
- Arranging / managing official meetings and keeping record of all such meetings.
- Overseeing security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges.
- Operate telecommunication system of the office; receiving / answering calls, connecting calls to relevant company officials through intercom and maintaining telephone log.
- Overseeing / ensuring general cleanliness / tidiness of office area.
- Maintaining attendance sheet of company staff and sharing it with the finance department by first day of every month.
- Ensuring receipt, dispatch and sorting of office posts.
- Maintaining and keeping stock of kitchen items and toiletries.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, scanning etc.
