| Supplier Assurance :Supplier pre-selection visit of ultra fresh, own brand food, non food, unbranded food and report findingsLocal open market (chicken, FV and Fish) study benchmarkingMonitor and coordinate 2nd party certification bodies for supplier assessment against GFSI standards Metro Assessment Services (MAS). Supplier awareness, development, Training plan execution at supplier end.Supplier evaluation based on risk assessment modelSupplier collaborations and follow-upsOB First production /Trial run verificationSupplier assurance related document and data controlFollow-up with suppliers on monthly buying NC log and suppliers related incident managementCustomers quality need identification / benchmarking and integration with suppliers for continual improvement in process and product qualityStore Operations:Manage, supervise, Support and aligned QA activities in all south region stores logistic center Monthly Surprise visits to store Logistics center for compliance checkingQA Team management (Performance Review , Leave management etc) Monthly Report consolidation as per responsibility assigned
