| Job Description: |
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential markets/customers for asset and liability products and develop business strategy for continuous business growth.
- He /She will be primarily responsible for branch deposit business and target achievement.
- Manage customer relationships and meet internal service standards and ensure no service related complaints are received from customers.
- Enforce implementation of processes in sales, service, and delivery to customer in accordance with KBL policies and SBP regulations.
- Adhere compliance on Know Your Customer (KYC) & Anti Money Laundering (AML) during the entire relationship of the customer with KBL and monitor branch operations.
- Develop staff performance on KBL products/ processes and ensure refreshing their knowledge through time to time interventions.
Candidate Profile:
- Preferably Masters Degree in Business Administration/ Commerce/ Accounting/ Finance or Economics from HEC recognized university.
- Possess 4-5 years of experience as Relationship Manager / Branch Manager / Team Lead / Operations Manager with sound knowledge of all aspects of General Banking and Retail & Credit operations.
- Be less than 35 years of age.
- Skilled in business planning, team management, retail banking, customer service, distribution and sales practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
