Job Description:

Market research and surveying for potential markets and buyers

Preparing plans for the marketing and distribution of product

Developing a sales team

Finding distributors and liaison with them

Preparing incentive based packages for sales agents

Developing a brand for national and then international market

Heading advertising campaign for the product

Developing long term relations with Institutional buyers and other customers

Dealing with Distributors and negotiating margins

Travelling to the districts where demand for the products exist

Required Skills:

•Having vast experience in advertising and distribution of safe delivery kits or related health products (preferably)
•Knowledge of the supply chain steps involved in the distribution of safe delivery kits.
•Familiarity with the distributing agents and their margins
•Having great interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to work under demanding circumstances
•Self motivated
