Job Description:

Responsibilities

Part of a world-class team developing leading edge commerce platforms for a global audience

· Client management

· Work with a distributed team in several locations around the world

· Produce high quality code, on time and on target

· Engineer software through its complete life-cycle

· Research and understand product requirements to ensure successful beta test, product launch, etc.

· Participate in testing and system integration testing

Experience and Skills

· 3-6 years experience in PHP, LAMP and Web programming

· Expert level skills in PHP, HTML/ XHTML5, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, jQuery

· Magento Developer Certificied

· Skilled in Linux, Apache, MySQL, Postgres

· Knowledge of PHP development framework(s)

· Experience in Object oriented development

· Advantageous to have experience with: Joomla / YooTheme / YooTheme Zoo / JomSocial / Mediawiki (from at least 1 would be a benefit)

· Experience in PHP based forum software would also be a benefit (phpBB, vBulletin, etc)

· SEO knowledge, Securing web URLs would be a benefit

· Good communication skills in English
