Responsibilities
· Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services
· Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage and help departments use technology profitably
· Ensuring technology standards and best practices are met and Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
· Monitoring web analytics and making recommendations that align to business goals
· Supervising quality assurance processes, integration, data protection processes and system tests
· Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP
· Oversee all system design and changes in system architect
· Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
· Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.
· Define, develop and document procedures to deliver Business continuity in the event of an accident, disaster, emergency, or threat.
· Reviewing timeframes, budgets and supervision of workflow
· Ensuring company’s technological processes and service comply with all requirements, laws, and regulations
Requirement
· Proven 7-8 years of experience and at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
· Experience with technology relative to industry; Open-source, Microsoft Technologies, Java, Oracle and emerging technologies like Big Data, Machine Learning, Data Science, Blockchain & Cryptocurrency, AI, AR VR, Chatbots, IoT etc
· Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
· Practical understanding of technical business requirements & scope
· Understanding of budgets and business-planning
· Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
· Excellent communication skills, leadership and organizational abilities
· Experience with Agile, Waterfall development methodologies
· BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
