We are looking for:
A tele-sales representative must possess excellent communication and phone skills, patience, a persuasive and persistent nature, and great typing skills.
Tele-sales representatives work as part of a sales team. They contact customers directly by telephone to make sales or support field sales representatives by setting appointments or qualifying prospects. An effective tele-sales representative builds repeat sales through strong customer relationships by focusing on customers’ wants and needs, rather than using high-pressure sales techniques.

Responsibilities:
Ø Lead Generation:
ü Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling
ü Managing, tracking and following up on leads by calling them
Ø Direct Sales:
ü contact existing customers and new prospects to attempt to sell products or services.
ü use a database to identify customers who have bought a product in the past or prospects whose profiles indicate that they are likely to buy.
ü use a script to ask their contacts qualifying questions and to present the features of products and services.
ü use a script that provides answers to common objections that contacts might raise.
Ø Sales
ü Conducting sales presentations through the phone and screen sharing
ü Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in accordance with goals
ü Creating and updating activity reports
ü Providing support to field sales team.
Ø Customer Service
ü carry out important customer service duties
ü call customers to check their details and update contact records.
ü let customers know about new products or promotions that are relevant to their needs or preferences.
ü Iimprove customer relationships and increase customer retention.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
ü A-levels, Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in any discipline
ü At least 03-months experience in a call center; preferably real estate sector.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent English speaking, listening reading and writing skills. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other team members of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITIES Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
