· Answering phone calls of clients, noting their problems/issues with system, and assisting them on use of EMR.
· Guiding clients on phone or with sharing screen if they need assistance in the use of any particular module or submodule.
· Training doctors and their entire staff on EMR as per their respective role.
· Giving demo of EMR to new clients.
· Follow-up calls with clients interested in demo and with ones who have taken demo of EMR.
· Reporting client issues and bugs in the system to technical team and working with them closely to get those issues/bugs fixed.
· Sending data sheets to clients for gathering all the required information for setting up new practice in EMR.
· Gathering all the data/info from clients by follow-up calls and emails.
· Entering all the required data of the new practice in the EMR and verifying all entered data.
· Working closely with all the teams involved in implementation and consistently following up with teams to complete their tasks and update status of implementation of new client.
· Creating logins for all the users of a practice as per their respective roles.
· Updating and sharing clients’ status sheet on a weekly basis with all the teams.
· Adding new templates and updating existing templates in the system for all the clients if they want any changes in templates.
Checking all templates and their impact in encounter before giving the access to client.
