If you have experience with AI, including building ML or DS models, we’d like to have you join the ADDO team as our AI/ML/ DS specialized Technical Communications Trainer. You will get to work with an innovative company, with great teammates, and have a lot of fun helping our enterprise customers. You’ll have an opportunity to combine a passion for teaching, with enthusiasm for technology, to drive learning and establish positive customer relationships. Over time, this role may grow into a leadership position where you are responsible for managing and training others to do the same job.

What you'll do if you join us

1. Work closely with partners and team members to provide training as well as ongoing support, interfacing in-person (here at our office or at the customer site) or virtually


2. Become fluent in leveraging our platform to build conversational capabilities and build custom competencies as needed


3. Conduct client check-ins, train other trainers, answer questions or work with internal SMEs to get the right information for our clients


4. Collaborate with our internal education team to develop coursework and lectures for partners and the community on specific topics related to AI, ML, DS & competency building

What you should bring to the table

1. Teaching or technical education experience (technology product preferred)


2. Master’s degree in communication, technology or related field. International education experience highly preferred.


3. A willingness to travel for on-site team training within Pakistan and abroad


4. A strong aptitude and passion for enabling others to succeed


5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with the business and engineering sides of the organization


6. Willingness to learn quickly and bring a passion and excitement to everything that you do


7. Willingness to work nontraditional hours in order to support customers in their time zones


8. Passion for AI, Machine Learning and Data Science

What will make you stand out from everyone else

1. Engineering experience, with a background in machine learning and/or data science. Scripting capabilities. Knowledge and experience of Python, and/or R, ML libraries, and Deep Learning frameworks.


2. Previous experience in a startup
