We are looking for a Junior Visa Officer to support our Visa & Immigration team in processing and managing visa applications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with basic experience in visa support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and submitting visa applications for various countries

• Collect and verify documents from clients

• Fill out online application forms and schedule visa appointments

• Maintain accurate records of client files and application statuses

• Follow up with embassies and clients for any required updates

• Provide general administrative support to the Visa Department

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• Basic knowledge of visa application processes is a plus

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Proficient in MS Office and online form submissions
