We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Verifier to join our Tele Sales team working on a USA based  Solar Panel project. As a Verifier, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of customer information, verifying customer details, and confirming sales orders. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify customer information, including contact details, solar panel requirements, and sales orders
• Confirm sales orders and ensure accuracy of customer data
• Conduct thorough reviews of customer applications and sales documents
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer information
• Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer concerns and improve sales processes
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly verification targets while maintaining high-quality standards
• Provide feedback to the sales team on verification process improvements

Requirements:

• Intermediate or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a verification, sales, or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
