As a Corporate Sales Associate, you\'ll play a key role in driving new business—identifying opportunities, reaching out to corporate clients, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective corporate clients.
2. Pitch customized hospitality and leisure solutions to businesses.
3. Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales & business development teams.
4. Maintain regular engagement with leads to ensure sales momentum.
5. Track outreach and lead updates using internal tracking sheets.
6. Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings, and conversions.
7. Assist in follow-ups, proposal preparation, and client communication.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
- 1–2 years of sales or corporate BD experience (hospitality/real estate/events preferred).
- Strong evidence of previous sales performance (targets met, clients acquired).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident, persuasive, and proactive with great interpersonal skills.
