| Job Description: |
Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company goals. Identify and onboard distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients (e.g., hospitals, cleaning services, corporates). Promote the full range of company products including cleaning textiles and healthcare-grade cotton products. Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Conduct regular market visits to monitor retail presence, gather market intelligence, and ensure merchandising standards. Provide after-sales service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally. Train and support partners and field teams to improve product knowledge and sales performance. Liaise with internal teams (production, logistics, and accounts) to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations. Maintain detailed reports on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities.
