We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits, ensuring compliance with company policies, identifying areas of risk, and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of branch operations, including financial transactions, inventory management, and compliance with company policies.
• Assess internal controls and operational procedures to identify inefficiencies, risks, and non-compliance issues.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and ensure corrective actions are implemented by branch management in response to audit findings.
• Collaborate with branch managers and staff to provide guidance on compliance and process improvements.
• Verify the accuracy of branch financial records, including cash handling, sales reporting, and inventory controls.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies related to health, safety, and operational standards.
• Support external auditors by providing necessary branch-level documentation and insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in branch operations and auditing.
• Regularly report audit outcomes to senior management and suggest improvements in branch processes and controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CA certification preferred).
• Proven experience of 2 years in auditing, accounting, or financial analysis (Restaurant Industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of audit software is a plus.
